Hospital is reserved for serious illness and emergency. the emergnecy here means some one is going to die if not treated immediatly. in the emergency room, it is not first come, first server. the order of being seen is sorly dependes on the nature of the illness and the availability of the doctor.

in north america, doctor has different approach of treating minor illness like cold. they think cold is caused by virus and there is no medicine that can kill virus, so the only way to have cold cured is by the patient themself. in case child is in high fever, they will recommend physical treatment, like take a warm bath, take off clothes, and drink a lot of water.9 H( j% E1 q0 g

I have two yound kids both born in here, and my personal experience is the I like this way. casue everytime, the kid get sick, it is actually building up their defense system. in their entire life, the only medicine they had is Tylonone (sorry I don't remember the spell, but it is just the common drug you can get anywhere). now, both of them are healthy and strong, very rarely get sick even they get contacted with other sick children. |
