•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.. }( L/ H% O( f
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
( _3 X7 W) Z: @( ], h6 |•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  : R9 B5 l& `1 W0 s) S0 t
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
. S1 ^' {7 `- ~3 |% n# W, l•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.. s& _. t/ F) t% `& W4 w
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.4 E) c# S7 Q; J: c
•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.$ b/ w* X6 S. v$ p2 @
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.2 m( P+ y; N& ]$ Q# W
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.

3 i. |% B0 h9 a( o' ]•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
- N# K* K2 W$ R; z•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. # }# d0 H+ t2 p9 T' J# b0 Q, B: f, P
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.   ^. H/ v9 N# v
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
