What to do if you are in a car accident$ k0 r5 \9 B+ G

Step1. If possible, stop your car in a safe and visible place. If a car 8 x3 w! \* X4 ?2 j7 }
cannot be moved, turn on the hazard lights. Turn off the8 [4 b3 X% v x$ L! W- m/ h4 ]
ignition. Be careful when exiting your car.

Step2. Determine if anyone is injured. Do not move an injured person.3 X8 z# n3 L) D( d, ^! p

Step3. Call 911 for the police and ambulance (if needed) immediately.

Write down names and addresses of other passengers or

Step5. The police officer will give you a copy of the collision report.7 F S6 y% D' \: A# t

Step6. Cooperate with the police, but do not admit guilt for the

insurance, but do not reveal how much coverage you have.

Step7. Do not accept any money the other driver may offer. By

skid marks and determine the point of impact. Note any damage

Step10. Report the accident to your insurance agent or insurance
