We are dedicated to helping Edmonton's High Risk youth population become healthy, contributing/creative members of Edmonton's main stream community. ( u+ J) R' K# l' J" M' t, q* }9 z$ F3 N
) _. ]! y9 x/ Q' X/ {8 |2 ?# X6 ^. bOur harm reduction program is creative arts based & involves long term support and relationship building with youth. We work closely with other community organizations + employ a vibrant mix of social service experts and professional artists. We are a small (nine staff), dedicated team.

! `) U* p' O3 ~4 e! kWe have ambitious plans for a new purpose built building, and a corresponding expansion of the program. Are you the one to guide and join us through this process? We are looking for an organized/energetic individual who will lead the iHuman staff in team/leadership building. Who will be able to coach staff in creating effective programming as well as passionately interpret the iHuman "story" to funders and community agencies.0 n6 {# x6 F# m d# J1 H

Your skills, as well as being a guide and interpreter, must include the ability to work within a team, create/oversee annual budgets, initiate and develop relationships with funders, write grants and work directly with the Board of Directors in policy and implementation development.# I; f3 M- }: Y. a9 j$ _0 L
