The lush 15-acre oceanfront property offers fantastic themed floral gardens, a secluded beach, Aquaterre Spa with 10 treatment rooms, and dining at the Landing West Coast Grill which includes a stunning 25-ton, 6,000-gallon saltwater aquarium. Kayaks are complimentary for guests. Eight golf courses are within a 20-minute drive. From Vancouver International Airport, go south on Hwy 99 to Hwy 17 and follow signs to the Tsawwassen Ferry. Take the ferry to Nanaimo (about 2 hours). From the Duke Point terminal head north on Hwy 19 towards Campbell River. Take the Parksville exit #46. Turn right at the first traffic light by the Visitors Information Centre and Museum (Franklin's Gull Road). Turn right again and follow Northwest Bay Road for 3 kms. Turn left onto Beaver Creek Wharf Road. After abouta block turn again at Strougler Road. Theresort is directly ahead.

***resort will not upgrade or change units upon check in*** 1/4 year rule and max. Occupancy are striclty enforced. Please fax to the resort any reservation made within 72 hours from the check-in day. Houseeping fees: $29-hotel, $39-1br, $49-2br for stays of Less than 7 days. Pets not allowed. Substabtial fines for violators. Credit card required at check-in as a security. Call resort to advise if arriving after 8pm to make lock bo arrangements. Resort is not staffed 24 hours/day.guests may have to change units during their stay. For special accommodation requests although the resort will not guarantee them. Hotel units do not have microwave ovens or kitchen sink. As a courtesy, they have a bar fridge, toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses & mugs. American express is not accepted 9 m3 Y% D( x" r: L1 x
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RESORT IS UNABLE TOUPGRADE OR CHANGE UNITS** Your luxurious vacation home features a fireplace, TV and DVD player. 1 & 2 BR units have fully equipped kitchens except 414B which has a partial kitchen. All 2BRand some 1BR units feature a washer/dryer.1 & 2 BR units have double or queen sofa bed in living room, queen (queen width /75" length in 7** units) in master BR. 2BR units have queen or twin beds in 2nd BR. Units sleeping 7 (8) have a twin (double) sofa bed in 2nd BR. STUDIO: one bath & full kitchen; double sofa bed & double murphy bed. HOTEL rooms have a queen bed. Some units have fireplace, sofabed, jacuzzi, bar fridge, toaster & coffeepot. Many do not have a view. A CD $200 credit card authorization is required at check-in. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. There is a charge for all telephone calls. No pets are allowed on the resort property. Sorry, early check-in is not available.
