移民需要靠那种雅思呢？

以前考过TOFEL和GRE，很多年前了，已经过了有效期。
如果办理申请移民的话，是否还需要考其他的英语考试？
哪种考试比较好用简单呢？

You don't know???? go to cic website where you can find the answer. Tofel and GRE are useless, and only english test accepted by Canada Immigration and Citizen is IELTS.

As CIC requires IELTS - General Training, they still have the right to request your IELTS - General even you sumit the academic one.

well, sometimes they accept academic one, but who knows?

don't give yourself too much trouble.

academic one is for whose who is trying to get a student visa or trying to get into college, it is a little bit more difficult than GT, although both of them are pretty easy:), just dont scare youself. academic one include some test around like techincal or academic questions, such as chart, or statistics stuff.
also, as above said, it was specificly said in cic instrucitons that PR only need you to take GT, why bother.
