请教工程设计的朋友:outside battery limits 的工作是civil 在干还是piping 在干。具体怎么分工

Which department perform the work is really depended  the what kind of work  scope is. All discipines have the opptunities to work for OSBL, such as piping, structure and civil, Electricla and automation. HAVC may has very less optunity normally due to noramll no much building in OSBL.

Anyway, you can not simply judge which discipline shall perform the work by just telling the ISBL or OSBL.

Agree the general definition for scope of work for all related disciplines on OBSL.
