There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.
I. {$ u: q4 v( [2 W8 w# mPoint Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.7 x$ D/ p, y9 ~, o
It is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).. x0 w9 J" W5 o- j
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.
) ]$ e- m" I/ I: V5 f* u8 B. h: Y3 L2 ^The ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.
