I am looking for someone who would possibly be working for a longer periond of time instead of the 6-9 months only. So if you are living in the close proximity of the restaurant, the chances you would be staying with the company would be a lot higher.

Sorry for making it more complicated than it is, left China a while ago, back then probably only used computer less than 10 times, never mind trying to type Chinese on computer. Can read,can't type.
