Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
$ J$ T. n: Q; rAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
9 ?( y. g0 Z% x: f6 j' KSell merchandise to customers
& m/ }7 a/ h$ l) dResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
) z: J* ]6 e* K3 x) q( A' d% f! G; yPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
* C& a9 d+ j9 Y  f# R* cHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

        Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
