Job Duties / Responsibilities
' v3 r, J" M8 Z' v+ ]• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
5 ?) K3 u; h6 z3 k( n• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.* n0 d' x# R7 N5 X( T. o
• SAP match reporting and monthly management+ \8 }; m& ^) {4 i4 q& B: g
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
( h& B5 x5 X. E- [4 v# M/ _# P2 Y; k• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.- c3 y& F2 ?, }( r) p7 L3 g
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations., [$ ~- a! d5 e9 h; r/ z) z$ V! o. [9 ]
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.) `5 a' a) Y4 V9 b3 E! P
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
j" P4 ?0 y/ v) m$ D5 H* s* P• Order business cards as required.
. T' v# Z: N9 C% o% s• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
* F# F8 S! s2 z- u• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.' P$ A# H7 B0 N1 h4 O, s
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.6 i" o+ H* e" \% @" S5 t$ F
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.* K: \6 d) K% U7 y) @/ r6 q8 n
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

# S% R- ?' z5 w. |5 n, W• Grade 12 or equivalent5 j3 y V1 q: D+ \# h
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar); `) r, t, C6 f
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
& }, m/ T5 N9 W: }) c' V• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater) \4 y0 D: n6 E# P
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 3 {- N, H1 f4 D4 Z- C% O/ D$ L
• Attention to detail is required. & I, j/ h+ _4 @) z5 G
• High level of customer service skills is a must.
