C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

; @! V$ d4 ~' g, m7 {: _; @2 n•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
  j: H- l& w6 ]( t" N5 D" ]•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
, @; }. M4 v: b- x( [3 G9 I•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
& J. O, E+ D6 `•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
( p7 ?  G6 T! j% B, V2 G% r•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
/ b* j. t! b- d4 \  m5 @8 g•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
4 B( m6 u7 p* }. i7 A; |  U* }•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
# T9 e1 {7 ~( i1 y•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
5 u' {+ {6 E* v/ C6 B•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
2 |0 \! o3 l) Z) B9 L. m2 E•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
3 w) w6 e, w6 |1 Y0 A•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
- u5 z1 C; y4 A& dDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
3 C) m/ ?/ d- e8 G5 V•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
