The successful candidate must be able to work within a team environment & possess the skills necessary to make people feel comfortable/safe. This position involves the ability to interact with people who are experiencing trauma in their lives. The ideal candidate must be honest, respectful and has the ability to ensure that the confidentiality of our clients is held in the highest regard.

KDuties include: organizing/maintaining client information/collateral documents; data collection and input using Excel; proficient in MS Office; file management/retention; assist with program preparation and documentation; possess excellent telephone skills and relay pertinent information on to team members; articulate, via phone, program information/referral process for intake; track and log bus ticket and child care subsidy information; financial data collection; assist with some food preparation for evening Circles. The successful candidate must have the ability to be flexible in their duties and assist the other team members when needed. This person must be self motivated and willing to strengthen our team so our clients can receive the best service possible.
