• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
2 E5 B5 E0 d" f• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
' b( b- ]2 ?% {& x5 X j6 s+ S• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. 7 s2 b) T$ L3 U0 @& R2 }
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;* c4 X: J. d0 X6 t/ H P6 G# F4 c$ t
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; \, r5 C; x' ~
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
