我是学生，没有工作，请问没年可以退哪些税？
学费可以退税吗？

tax return means government returns the tax YOU HAVE PAID back to you....
say if you work part time during school....your employer will pay you and for each pay chq there will be 10% tax holding...but if you never work that means you did not pay any tax ,so there is no income tax return for you......
( U8 U2 v4 V# T2 \, ]However, you are eligiable for GST return,so better fill out form and submit to get GST return.......GST is the tax every time you go for shopping and you buy 10 bucks stuff and plus 5% tax......the things like that
the tuition fee is tax credits and can be carried forward but it is not refundable...so you can use that to deduct the tax YOU HAVE PAID rather get that back to your own pocket...

对。可以退GST。报税后按季度会直接入到你提供的帐户里。
学费报税时填上，会有公式算出你的额度。这个你现在没收入时没有用，但税局会告诉你这个额度可以延到下年。这就像个CREDIT。等你毕业工作赚钱时可以用来抵税，很有用的。所以一定要按年报。

不会报的话可以学。再过一阵就会有学习报税的活动了。华人服务中心的是教你怎样用表格手填报。福州公会一般会教义工怎样用软件报。你注意看活动版吧。表格邮局就可以拿。去华人服务中心上课时也发。
