Position Responsibilities:
' y+ D, H. J  W: R: A0 ]•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control7 z+ q$ n6 Q9 t6 a
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
" u9 ?% a# V5 U. s8 ~2 _( v& k•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  * ?7 @' @2 K4 _
•        Managing customer expectations

•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) * A! r3 d3 c4 f; C, u5 j1 o
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system # j5 j. q* ?* q( v, p
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. $ v- s) A. [3 |, J" C+ }1 Q

•        System training

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

Experience and Education
& S) G; W3 c! O6 n) u. z# K•        Technical degree or diploma
! O, b8 Q# c/ S* [- x•        2 years experience in a technical support role1 t7 ^' X2 W: p' X$ Z) F2 D
