# t/ ~% n: i! E" r- Q8 S9 q" |•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
" u2 a- L) m! q1 `" ~•        Identification and replication of software defects  
4 @. x& Q1 O8 _( y! G. G% p. i•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  8 W' J2 q' y% P: }7 S
•        Managing customer expectations 6 h+ M8 C2 d6 Q# l
•        Documentation of technical procedures 7 |* I3 w3 F5 X) e' W9 l. x9 N
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
. }0 E, G) p$ ]: C  g•        Optimizing system configurations    ?; L3 K# s) |8 q2 H+ b# {% q
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
6 w. N' K7 x6 d! w' c& f•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
5 A3 [" D, ?1 e( d! h•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 4 v3 R  W* `4 ?* m  E
•        Site services worldwide

" @( o! m: w# A( `9 a' ^$ S5 t% |•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

" @+ D! b; |/ e0 u5 wSkills and Knowledge Required: e' \' D; b# C; q5 \% E5 Q7 Y3 b+ E0 ]
•        Customer service skills
0 v2 i7 n% v/ a•        Technical writing skills 3 u6 h6 v3 H8 l( b' y
•        C++ development skills
$ N" B7 l8 I4 T- k0 v( ^•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
% [1 e& L# h: ?5 c' P( Z•        Network trouble shooting skills 2 x  m+ ?9 K, ~2 T8 q
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
% S6 V7 ?8 x, b/ I•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments / ~9 z- x& {# t8 j7 T( y0 }
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
