" u2 a- L) m! q1 `" ~• Identification and replication of software defects

• Managing customer expectations 6 h+ M8 C2 d6 Q# l

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Customer service skills

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
