请教小孩免税额

请教各位：我的小孩超过18岁，免税额度可否算到父母头上？

1. If your child tured to be 18 years old befor April 1, 2010, he or she can apply fo the GST/HST credit.
2. The tuition, education and textbook credits of your child may be transferred to parents.

如果父母仍然是married，则不可以。
