Recruit Participants

- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities

Organize Leadership Training Sessions

- use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

Plan and Facilitate identified public events

- work with media consultant to ensure good coverage of project

Reports to Funders and Program Manager

- experience with project coordination
