Organizational Statement  
Enbridge Liquids Pipelines, Inc., a leader in crude oil and natural gas transportation, gathering and processing, is currently seeking a Project Controls Supervisor for the EPSI- Gathering Systems Project located at the Superior, WI office.  
! M& V7 v/ E$ P" G1 L( u Responsibilities  
( T* l9 Q9 E* ~5 d Provide direction and recommendations to engineering dept personnel related to project management processes and procedures
+ Q" |3 `# Q9 h6 e/ `4 c9 M8 ?+ EInitiate, develop and implement project management policies, guidelines, procedures and systems for the evaluation, development, and execution of Engineering Department¿s projects
Facilitate, guide and support project management activities for projects managed by the engineering department.
Manage activities of consultants providing project management services to the engineering department.
Facilitate the research, collection, consolidation, analysis and distribution of cost/schedule and other project management information from past projects
Supervise Project Controls staff as assigned.  
  H4 y7 C' v6 b2 h( @ Qualifications  
University degree in Accounting.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, project controls, cost engineering and construction management preferably within the MP/liquids pipelining and storage business
An equivalent combination of a university degree and relevant experience may also be considered.
# `3 K% E' ?) K8 q3 TRequires mature communication and sound analytical skills.
Ability to work individually and within a team settings.
