The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.

; Q) s( d& ?+ r% g( p$ V( R The primary responsibilities are to:

-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.

! \4 O7 R2 X) J% DEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

- s7 ~) r7 Q9 u8 sMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
& U7 q: k$ Q4 o; h Qualifications  
: z! [  h' v% ~0 q) e Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.
' i+ U5 e/ W8 v
Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

2 G; @* P& o$ ]Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

' b  Q& R  H* o* NProject management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
