: J- p$ B# i1 P+ p0 t0 o: ]- ZOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
1 d$ l- E( l/ q- ]* Y" S" kExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
