Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
3 \% v2 K* N$ [6 Y; ~' W+ IPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
. S) ]# {: w. f8 eExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
% H& k8 s/ h& vUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

. E# m, W# d6 J; z+ x' I1 i4 nPossess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
