! c! w! X1 ~2 y) u+ l9 aYou will utilize the latest technology, in conjunction with your excellent problem-solving and communication skills, to troubleshoot and resolve Customer concerns. Your commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service is essential.

Provide service to TELUS customers.& t/ ^5 C- t0 V7 H
Identify customer requirements; initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery- }" _- q) m, n- m6 K0 C6 L- E# N" U
Handle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner

Required Knowledge:

Technical knowledge of voice products and services is an asset.
( {; Y& e6 Z3 z; B! RTechnical knowledge of the Internet, Internet technologies, and technological/industry trends.1 e; h! D' b& J' D; _+ f9 ~2 s$ S0 `/ j0 C
Familiarity with trouble reporting systems is an asset.

据说还有个要求:员工要经过正在罢工的人群,才能进入大楼。不知道情况有改善了没有?

* }- |3 _% I' \' b# ~现在罢工已经结束了,这周已经陆续恢复工作了,所以也就没有这个问题了
