移民签证时护照的有效期限

申请技术移民，今年7月初在edmonton体检，一直在等待。

! ]8 f$ o+ I: i1 v- g请问如果近期收到passport request，寄去做移民签证的话，是否护照有效期必须是6个月以上呢？

应该不用的吧，没有哪个地方说护照有效期要有6个月的。

Passport Requirements:

We require an original VALID passport for yourself and every accompanying family
( ~5 Z9 s$ F# O3 ]7 s! N) hmember. Passports for you and all accompanying family members should be submitted
together.

If there are children included in your passport there must be visa pages for them as well.
