Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. . ~6 x8 u, w+ f/ p7 |+ W4 zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal" F n1 W& e0 }8 i0 e' j6 R) h
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).. _6 q0 S* O7 v; x1 d
) W& R4 U/ ~9 d" \& ~
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit., m9 p3 D0 q" Z$ d ?

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
1 _% q8 s$ j# N9 _8 ]Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s

2 U. O: J1 i, Q- B+ fMust have supervisory experience, c* V$ a6 t+ k0 Q6 |/ t) V, v' X
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system3 T J0 _' J9 \, n( q! l% ?% n$ U
Must be computer literate
+ A% O0 y B$ f+ \# N2 N$ {Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.3 `# b& @6 x) U( H0 O; E: W
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network: s4 Y* }2 I* X+ [! d' p# A
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills) U3 f- V, H6 P8 F! }
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
