; |( ~8 `% ~8 f' t9 m: m        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
2 \6 x: ~% h% Z! R3 g1 k: E•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
+ x. n" D& A2 N+ A5 B3 D* I•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
% n* \/ m" i& j8 Y  B, ~•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
