他本人还掌握了多种建筑设计绘图软件如AutoCAD，3DMAX/3DVIZ，Lightscape，SketchUp，ArchiCAD，Photoshop等和办公自动化常用软件如Word，Excel，PowerPoint等并取得相应的证书，确保了工作的高效准确的完成。
TT先生在本单位工作期间，表现出了其独特的思维模式及纯熟的工作水平，并且是个具有卓越的沟通能力尽职尽责和成熟易于相处并具有团队精神人。他主导编写的QC质量报告多次获得中国国家和广州市的一等奖。

这个词的用法应当改。who is applying for XXXX position at your company.

(2) Is it "a company" or "an institute"???

or

如果职位还没有准，也可以说 is seeking for employment with your company (business).

I have worked for more than 5 employers here. none of them have asked this letter. They just want talk to your reference.
In Canada, do you think your employer will recommand you to another employer. One exception is this company is bankrupted.
Only my personal opinion, please do what you think is correct.

上WORKSHOP 时老师也这么说，雇主打电话的多一些，要信的少一些，还有发 REFERENCE 问卷的，
那么请问 CHUN, 你的5个雇主有几个打电话给你的 REFERENCE 了呢？俺想了解一下这个概率，谢谢

其中两个是当时的同事，HR打电话问的很详细，每一项要求给打分。另一个在新加坡，HR发去了邮件。我同事给的评价不错，但有高有低，比较符合实际。不过新雇主的HR说他们的评价很好。
