Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

) R1 C4 X: c; X*might work in other time in some specific days

0 X0 s6 c9 J  ZTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
( \# D7 l  G; _* @1 j
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
; w& F3 j) K8 \0 I1 ?) G Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
6 t. a3 _# V6 U# f2 ] Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
- f5 f. b9 B' z) l Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
/ b: j2 W6 F& _6 m  `+ Y) f8 P. a& Y Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
# h1 \  k% ^! I8 L7 Z7 J" O& ? Assist in program planning/design
. y5 R' ]! Q% H9 z& N* e/ t Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

+ l9 r3 f- ?% F, R$ ~# L: b. G Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
: l8 J! R1 ~7 g9 e6 q& | Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
. l' K" H6 t& E6 e/ u; H5 e+ J Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
+ X  _+ b: m; ?4 R+ @% U Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
