The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.7 q. • Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community

• Completion of daily documentation and data collection+ ^0 L7 [8 w0 U2 A
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure3 A1 F9 @9 W7 B! V* ]1 x# Y
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals

Minimum Qualifications:$ _! w! J+ K5 N! S! T+ `% p
Education
! m6 E8 G, h$ \% l6 N• Completion of a high school diploma
2 I; x* g* S% Z" ~* E6 ~! C" U- v• Six months of experience in the Human Services field! E3 A; e! Y6 U+ A7 n5 N
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)/ X6 }3 o7 a* y, I3 S$ C
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
2 r* F# L8 I# c• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)" I+ ^1 }7 |- S. Y+ s
• Standard First Aid with CPR' @! a j3 J& g. a
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training1 w. ?' J, V) _7 c# M) I
• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training

Skill Sets
