Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
2 ~' N3 ]' H4 D* h  CShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
/ @- f$ z7 b, ]4 Q: Y•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
9 |6 @& n3 b- ~6 s0 S4 B! P. V•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
! d% D& M& @/ q9 m•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
+ G  D' Q) [5 E) |9 q% d# R•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

8 l. o! {% K$ h6 f•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
) l8 r$ k/ W0 [  C4 A•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
# b" E7 {* h1 F. b$ p4 r•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
