我也问个路权问题

我停在路中间准备左拐弯，这时看到对面的交通灯边红了，我正要拐弯的时候，对面冲过来个Bus，
这种情况如果出了事故，应该是谁的责任？
Bus虽然是直行但明显是床红灯，而我早早已经停在路中间等待变灯时左拐。
这种情况是各打50大板还是怎么样？

要学会defensive driving。在黄灯亮起时，在十字路口里的车就有了路权，但是这时如果碰见bus来闯，要是我的话我会让它的，因为不管闯黄灯还是红灯的车速都会很高，再者是个大bus。如果T-bone撞到你，后果会是什么想必大家都清楚。如果人没了，讨论是谁的责任意义还大吗？就算bus司机被判刑了，被打了100大板又如何？所以在这种情况下，让bus先过，就算你面对红灯，而侧面的车流已经启动，你还是有路权的。重要的是不要为别人的错误而付出代价。
呵呵，由于工作的原因，我一年内上了3次defensive driving的课，希望楼主有机会也听听。

除非有证人或者照相证明bus闯红灯，否则左转的全责。
不过，这种情况一定要确定直行的车停下来再左转。

证人太好找了，所有的车都停在那里都能看得到是Bus床红灯。
但是照相是不可能的，在那一刻你怎么照相呢？？
但问题是我也是等到灯变红了才拐弯的，所以我是不是也有责任，不确定。

等我转弯的时候对面的等已经变红了，而对面的Bus是有足够时间停下来的而且他也看到我准备转弯了，但他还是冲了过来。
虽然没出什么事故，但是只想知道这种情况责任是属于哪方的？

Second, in any case if an accident happened,and the bus driver claims that the brake didn't work or he couldn't see the red light because of strong sun lights and etc, he will be fined for running over a red light but you will be responsible for the accident. On your driver's handbook, it says specifically that “A driver turning left across the path of an approaching vehicle cannot make the left turn until it is safe to do so.”…

在小型十字路口,每次只能一辆车上到路中间等待左转.如果你跟着这辆车越过停车线的话,万一这辆车发生故障,无法移动,那你也无法左转,面临阻碍交通的处罚.另外也会出现你说的情况,你会面对红灯左转.依你所说情况,是你违规在先,如果发生事故.city的transportation department有很多律师在等着跟你打官司呢,谁赢谁输未知.

了解了，看来Bus都是老大若不起.

我那个情况路口不是小型十字路口，因为天天都要走那个路口，也经常看到别的车经过那个路口也是这么拐弯的，所以也就学他们一样了。多谢您的热心解答。

假如说换个角度，对面床红灯的车不是bus，是个普通汽车司机和左拐弯的车相撞出事故了，其它因素不变。床红灯的这个普通司机是不是也可以用“刹车不灵，阳光刺眼看不到”作为解释？最多只是罚款，
然后还是左转弯的车要负责交通事故的责任？

He/she will claim whatever happen on his/her side that why they run over the red light. Has to be a valid reason, He/she can’t say that they don’t care running over a red light…if He/she has a valid reason, it is likely your fault according to the safe rule on your handbook…However, if they are not being reasonable, like they are drunk or something, likely you can get away from this.

Then it will depend on how convincing your argument is on your judgement of safe to turn at that point. Obviously if the light turns yellow and the car approaching is very far away or slowing down already, you then start turning left, but suddenly the car accelerate again and run into you because they are drunk or being stupid, and you can prove that, the police/judge should believe its not your fault.

当然是路口自动照相功能了。
不管你有没有责任，出了事故你最倒霉。
左转一定不要盲目跟车，安全再转。

不是孙子不孙子的问题，而是出了问题，你需要更多的证据来证明对方的不是。。。你的错误几率更加大，所以何必呢？？不赶那几秒，让他们先过，完了你再过，最多再等个灯，1分钟？撑死了2分钟。。就算等10个灯，也比你砰一下撞了强。

这个对！变黄灯要左转时要注意前方直行的车已经减速了再转，另外，如果交通车辆很多的时候别跟着前车后面一起进入路口内等，只有在你明显确定车辆很少而且你有足够的时间可以左转的时候再跟前车一起进入路口内。
