我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。9 f9 s* S: V; W$ J, s

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

FILLING
* A2 H( { o) \8 e- r4 RTwo 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 7 v, V/ S0 Y/ G* Y

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 i4 n: d. O A3 ?+ ?' OHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. % Z- p6 d& l0 |3 D( g+ |2 v" U% r

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

& {8 g2 L* n8 p: ]For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. ) Q: ^1 C5 v9 v l/ x \4 l
