2 bananas P. G" L1 [+ M' a' L* E3 H2 A
30ml brandy' ~ n u$ C0 E R/ w
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
: T: s" Q" n' R1 \1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan) P4 o- p* J% Y7 c% E' p8 K, I" c& g
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
) D" I% d4 e# I. g. m# r3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
" h" D& t1 {( i8 m4 i C; J4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.& g6 P, C- E. n( y+ R) w
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.2 |2 j8 d: g2 B
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
