Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
# r9 {1 H" ]2 C" x6 F1 K5 i* i5 |• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
! r- l5 e$ x( ^0 ^' x% I• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.( r7 m+ Z$ J7 b( m3 m3 p
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. & K' q5 k1 Y% Q) G& X# t6 @
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.( K, w* P- u5 p7 Q
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
# B& o7 N/ `" ?5 e5 a• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
+ r) E6 k$ H V1 m• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).) {, ~0 w( Z* Z' Z' z8 n
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.2 s0 H/ O- c8 W
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

Qualifications
# Q6 \3 U( h" IRequirements:6 i% Q" _( J9 ~; l
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. : E; T3 Y* h* x5 {7 K' q
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
! M$ w2 s" _- P6 T$ Q* o• Strong Union Relations experience required.
+ Y, f* z/ w4 `/ k; x4 M2 E• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.! e3 h ], e. d6 u, d. f* x* s4 d9 m
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
