• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
0 v# F( T& @& \$ A• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management1 _$ m9 c: ]& v
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff3 [) u" A5 @6 T% [
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset! _7 _1 X: y$ D) ^, @3 Z
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
2 [. O7 f. k5 Y' h0 _( H' DPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
