Reporting to the Client Account Services Manager, the Client Account Service Agent is responsible for implementing and utilizing established collections procedures in accordance with Legal Aid policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing client account maintenance; telephone, mail and in-office contact with clients; account reconciliation, adjustments and refunds; backup, inputting, and balancing of cash receipts; and executing documentation that is critical regarding funds expended on our client's behalf.

" w3 B T- y7 C% ~The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent organizational skills, possesses good computer skills, with sound verbal and written communication skills. Successful candidate must possess a minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service and Collections with the ability to perform effectively in a challenging and rapidly changing environment. A satisfactory criminal record check must be provided by the successful applicant.
