卖10年以上的老车，对方或者自己一定要做safety inspection才能注册上保险吗？safety inspection一般花费多少？

safety inspection is the easiest, normally won't cost too much. under $100 bucks, the shop will only check certain components of the car.
4 _9 G  d' C' band you don't have to do it, sometimes insurance will ask you. but you can always switch to another one.
