Reduce the impact of natural disasters and service failures to TELUS customers through the creation and application of customer or network restoration plans.

Manage employee work activities by administering the Network Activity Ground Rules.# r" D& f) |9 r7 H4 k

Provide a 24-hour single point of contact for management support for core network activities and customer escalations.

Minimum of 5 years experience in the maintenance of IP/ATM network, transport, integrated platform, and/or voice technologies.
. k+ L) u2 y( b& c" GMinimum of 5 years experience in voice/data/IP services such as VoIP, AIN, HSIA, and Managed IP services that ride on core network technologies.

Excellence in the Microsoft Product Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).( ?' k/ O" X+ L% S) G
