• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
/ G% S4 N6 s7 x% S- d• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;1 A, _. n" i. g% p
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;8 Q) [, H% @( _ [: N P6 F5 ~6 A8 _
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;! S- n; [( @7 Q" b+ n; K f
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.5 [- V; U) `. ]1 E
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

Requirements:
