- E' {  p# ^# r7 n4 q4 M  H4 m•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.  B6 c4 W5 Q; r- a+ |2 E' |
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. * }/ K0 m: F' E
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
* D7 V- {" B% @6 F  {" G' K& j# J•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. $ v5 @' E" {5 ]+ W9 K
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
1 P; i$ Z* i, D) S•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.  a. B, g! ]* c6 |2 x
•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
* f4 b8 J/ n! W4 B5 k. V•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.
8 {" s: d9 ^8 M$ N•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. ' p$ I# B: o# B5 E! `# A
•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. ( ?! A% a% w. i8 t
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
: M, C3 B: P5 r3 ?' J. r•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
" s  f( S, {! c3 e, z•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
: q: I2 W( w) [0 C•        Attend Cluster meetings.   e& }/ H3 v7 o* W, Z7 \
•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
4 I& b: _  G# L" w1 ^9 [/ Z•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department ) ^: S0 R! F7 i$ T7 g/ B) w1 C
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies7 |  a0 G6 K* y* w. R' w; c
•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center$ k2 ]7 M' q0 f* h
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float
& a' @6 {& g6 ~) y! k* \; e6 b•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager3 t3 n2 \+ s" A

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
  F$ d! N$ b; x0 \$ ~1 t! Z; W: g! Y% B, Z• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;" C. {, w' K+ v% s
• Ability to lead and develop;
6 S. C  n6 Q$ ], G) C  M) M5 r• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
* H# h& V9 O, G/ |! q* Y• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;3 z) G0 Z- @1 S- l  E
• Ability to work within deadlines;
0 C7 B9 x: r7 I7 A1 I' H+ y• High level of creativity and innovation;; D) p9 b, a" i! j3 l
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
