talked to the tire shop, where I am going to get my tires changed, they told me that they will provide a free visual check of the vehicle and tell me if they found anything wrong and needs further inspection, and in most cases I shouldn't need a full inspection for a 3yr old car, with low mileage. 6 X& v2 Z9 a+ u" T# e1 `hope this information is somehow helpful to people like me, having very limited experience with vehicles. :-)
