现在查CIC移民进度显示的是这样的：
1.We received your application for permanent residence on December 31, 2012.

2. We started processing your application on July 15, 2013.

七月15日开始处理，大概多长时间能有结果，谢谢了，办的是联邦技术移民下的 PHD stream

是帮我朋友问的，他在萨省，填表时选immigration office选北京使馆，他在萨省待了三年，他看别人选的都是渥太华的office， 请问两者有多大差别
