母亲续签的问题

给妈妈办理网上续签时，在递交表格IMM5708时，提交不上去，显示：

- U9 U8 |- s& {+ Y+ }* S) G& l5 f有没有人遇到过这种问题，请指教下如何解决。

) H& T- w* o$ ^$ W5 ]3 e; w  c上面的问题已经解决，但是又遇到新的问题——没有找到付款的地方。当我上传完所有文件后，是不是应该等通知提交电子签名后才能付款？

现在申请续签，是不是统一默认都是10年有效期的多次往返了？每次可待6个月。
