& \3 R6 D# u4 T: Z5 F8 M; wYour job responsibilities will include:
•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
9 J( t0 Y3 `+ e# {9 r5 H) h•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
  r7 J. [. P: d0 a3 C: N. [•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
" t; }# m: ]6 `3 B( U- @•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
. r+ {# U- M8 y9 G# |•Perform AP Invoice matching
•Prepare month-end AP accrual

% B7 _3 p/ u6 c# G% b5 bThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
