Position Summary

We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities% I6 i8 k9 j  j+ h4 d

  g, I. }: N0 k
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
1 j3 X& C% J; ^% E' \$ _Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
( p/ F( H$ Y  }$ p( ~7 a9 s$ vAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
8 v# y. O0 o2 KManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;* N1 J9 u7 l5 H6 ^8 H6 H2 N: o6 V
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& C; T8 M9 G) N" D9 Z/ CEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
5 a1 S. m" h! d! O0 BConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
3 {, X& H& V9 u8 SConduct all work within established time standards;& P- u. ?4 T. e6 g) \) g' x1 y* o
Essential Knowledge and Skills

) |% I# G/ g! DExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
* f5 H8 A6 p6 q# k  `Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
3 \( Z- v! h5 @8 [5 v: x3 e' YTime management skills are critical;
7 J' `4 m0 Z0 ?" j$ Y* ?Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
0 L8 a5 ?& L' c! ]& e! QAttention to detail and accuracy;
2 |' m9 p. h- S9 d& uStrong organizational and computer skills;
9 N' R: C+ D+ L& G9 |6 H: D' LExcellent verbal and written communication skills;5 h2 e1 [% i1 z  F" g
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;/ l. a$ N; R% Y/ a! o
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
, N0 Q( T. ^' B- P" [Ability to work with minimal supervision;8 I9 E, p# q; s7 K2 H2 @2 d
Self-directed and highly motivated; and
7 t0 ~6 k2 j# P. F- ?. E# M* {3 Q/ bAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.- h1 Z  |5 n! P8 ?

Compensation and Benefits
5 ]3 t/ J( w8 p. K& ?# `' A7 d  e- z; t0 o6 o3 C
Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
  O& O2 e* Y, vBenefits package will be offered;
) A. x( o3 S9 T) y2 ]" CMust have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;  W! y' @4 z, r; S6 B& r- n+ i
Recently graduates are welcome to apply.
