We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.# G- n# M E# q8 y8 t8 J' D

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
1 d$ W: P- m4 U, Q- W! h: JWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies- u ^ g$ h" G4 R7 m
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines& n! }/ n- F- @3 q. L& c
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, G4 t9 ^2 ]# \
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;0 c+ L( v. P2 u$ y' u6 f& e
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;' {( d2 H: L0 r8 S1 h$ _
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.$ |, ?& [- b" g5 X; w
Conduct all work within established time standards;
