Job Summary:
" ?) T, n$ o) `% t0 yProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.0 v( c; z- Q2 l

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- v0 }/ i8 a% _, P8 v7 k· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
+ S% N: x& Y! ^) r· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
; m5 s# U$ R. ]· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
. y; ~* a x1 S7 I4 \· Manages report database." R) G1 }& w& [$ Z
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.$ ^2 t/ y1 c F( Q5 d: W

Knowledge and Skills:
+ \& S5 b; f; Z2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.! B# f* ?- h% g6 S8 [
$ n. U% K6 ?& W4 Z* X( P( s4 q) yCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.; P* J* \9 x. e7 R) q7 s
# K/ k+ a$ @; T2 l# d! FExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
