use real food, and the freshest ingredients to pack our pitas full of flavour. As a Pita Pro, you are not
only an expert at preparing the guest’s pita, but an expert in engaging with our guests and creating a
memorable experience.

Duties and responsibilities
. n" A1 d9 N0 g: z1 i7 Q Contribute to a positive team environment
 Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
 Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
 Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
# o) B4 G' ]! `9 L2 X2 S Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
) y( }# Q; j# f" f' W) Y1 G* Y Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
 Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
  J  O- f4 k' F  T5 Q5 V1 F; N- j+ t Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
 Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
 Follow all operational policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience
( b9 r( E7 L- u# [  p# R$ S3 H Previous experience in a service environment preferred
