DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003

4 u5 ~5 p" b4 P& ~) I7 G& V; v  g   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
, U! d% R9 w. P& U5 I   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
8 m% t9 P- w6 ~# D. E7 b   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
! f9 B3 n! D6 w. K0 {: z8 b; h# v• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
" L3 c' m3 D6 r. l' J• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
3 `8 E* N) A6 N# y# ]3 T, p* J" w; mSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
# J3 p- [; T6 a) \• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Ability to work in a team environment
& [4 l6 Q( G+ v/ q# Y0 G/ a• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

7 q' B4 J" s8 J- u   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
& \0 |4 Q9 x# V2 U% M4 G. q   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
! ~0 b. [8 S; u: t8 F   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
( z+ W8 I* D! L   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
5 ~; u5 ?1 Q1 T) @4 _   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
; m# t, Y& y* T' F; V5 J• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
