• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:% J }, c( c; |" z) N
o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
. L/ z2 n( A& ~' m: @5 m o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Microsoft Operations Manager

o Linux based operating systems

o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience- n6 P d1 u( E8 w
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
! f9 B3 n! D6 w. K0 {: z8 b; h# v• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
" L3 c' m3 D6 r. l' J• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows' P) ?' {* u, a5 ~* _9 l
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
3 `8 E* N) A6 N# y# ]3 T, p* J" w; mSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.3 S+ P4 S7 _9 l$ a
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005& Z, {, |) O- o
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
